Ray & Melanie, Lathrop   Just wanted to thank the both of you for such a wonderful experience. We just got our furniture delivered yesterday w/o any hitches. The delivery guys were great, efficient, and very careful. We didn't realize just how great the quality of the furniture was until the guys started putting it together. Solid pieces through and through and all the right hardware to make it very sturdy.

One other thing though, as much as we enjoyed our new bedroom set we have to say we enjoyed the customer service we received in your store just as much. Rarely do you find (especially in furniture stores) a place where you can browse in peace w/ out any pressure from salespeople. Rarely do you find people who are so knowledgeable about their products. Rarely do you find people who are as personable as the both of you. We never felt like we ever got a sales pitch and we always felt you were very sincere and honest. A great experience from beginning to end.

We can see now why you have such loyal customers (I noticed several customers called by name as they walked in). That says alot in itself. With this type of customer service and the selection of quality furniture in the store there really would be no reason to shop anywhere else. Thank you again for such an enjoyable shopping experience. You guys are absolutely the best and we look forward to visiting your store again in the future.

Justin & Jennifer, Danville   We were referred by a friend who works in Tracy.  My wife and I had originally planned to see what the store had to offer, but we ended up purchasing two bedroom sets and a couch. We were pleasantly surprised!  We couldn’t find anything lacking in the store. There’s a nice mix of products that matched our personal tastes.  My wife and I really enjoyed working with the design consultant. She spent a lot of time with us in-store, shared very helpful design ideas with us, and kept us updated with our order status over the phone. The delivery team were prompt and very efficient.

Rob & Michelle, Tracy  The wide selection you offered were a cut above  what we had observed at several of the other area “furniture” stores, all of which seemed to have about the same types and styles of furniture, and were limited in choice in colors, fabrics, etc.  You were extremely helpful in assisting us with selecting the style and options for the furniture we purchased.  You had many options available, which allowed us to select a custom combination, unique to our needs. 

The delivery folks were great.   They were timely, careful and courteous, couldn’t ask for much more than that. We LOVE our new furniture and we will definitely be back!
